Pros : Fast and effective. Quiet and discreet. Very good speed and suck control. Easy to clean.
Cons : as a tendancy to overbalance (is top heavy). Takes about a week to understand how to set it to suit you.

Detailed Review : I had a baby in special care and then in Westmead later on and as such used several other "industrial" style pumps. This was by far the most effective and strong electric pump. I found it took me about a week to master it, because it actually has more features than are descibed in the instructions. You need to get your head around the fact that you control the speed and suck strength in your initial pumps. It is then set until you manually pump again. Very nifty! It is still going strong even though I used it at least twice a day for 7 months and then passed it on to a girlfriend who used it for another 7 months several times a day while she had her daughter in daycare. I had 3 months supply stored in the freezer when I gave up breast feeding to return to ivf!! Avent storage containers etc work brilliantly with this pump. I have large breasts and never used the silicon insert - if it is giving you trouble try with out it, but my friend found it worked well for her
